# LifeOS

> My personal operating system, run with a team of Hermes agents.

## What it is

LifeOS is where my days are planned, tracked and reviewed. It is private, so this page stays high level: what it tracks, and who runs it.

## What it tracks

- **Command Center**: the overview of the day, with quick actions
- **Today**: a daily AI and tech digest
- **Agenda**: reminders, todos and events
- **Habits**: daily check-ins, streaks, sport and health data
- **Goals**: long-term goals broken into steps, linked to habits
- **Investments**: portfolio, allocations and transactions
- **Journal**: a structured daily journal
- **Vault**: my Obsidian notes, indexed and connected
- **Infrastructure**: health checks for the automations running at home

## The agents

A team of agents built on Hermes runs around the clock on a machine at home. Each one has its own role, memory, tools and channel.

- **Marvin**: the orchestrator and my main agent. Receives the work, routes it, and keeps the others in line.
- **Linus**: software engineer. Takes whole projects or sub-projects from Marvin and builds them.
- **Albus**: second brain. Turns videos, articles, podcasts and newsletters into structured, connected notes.
- **Birdy**: social media manager. Drafts posts and threads, watches trends, and never publishes without my approval.
- **Warren**: financial controller. Logs every movement, values the portfolio and watches the markets.
- **Groki**: runs research and approved workflows for Groki's X account.

## How they work together

Marvin is the single entry point. Specialised agents each own one domain and coordinate through shared sources of truth, not long conversations. Anything public, financial or irreversible waits for my approval.

## Principles

- One agent, one job
- Clear sources of truth that humans and agents both read
- Practical prototypes over plans
- Human judgement at the decisions that matter
